Solutions

In the following article which I titled "Solutions" there will be several articles which we will look how we can have the proper institutions and bring not only the critics but also the solution that you think could make us move forward. today i started it with Local government solutions. Solutions:- There could be several solutions to these long standing problems which has undermined the development of the local governments of Somaliland in general, these solutions could be legal ones like to amend the existing laws into laws that can mend and solve the legal issue problems which mostly face between the council and Moyers of the cities, on the other hand the staffing problems could be solved through educating and motivation and also to be taken on guardian bureaucracy and leaf the casting bureaucracy which really has under mined and discouraged the working staff, on the electing councilors, each region and district should elect rich or young energetic council who has ambition and vision to develop to his or her region or district. lastly to equip and train the staff with new technology which could beyond doubt enhance and modernize the way they store their data and evaluate the staff.
